Free cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. You can cancel online from My trips.
Changes
You can change a booking at any time up to 24 hours before pickup. If your flight is delayed, ask for a new pickup time from My trips at any time and our managers will confirm it.
Late cancellations and no-shows
A booking cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup, or a passenger who does not show and does not cancel, is charged the full fare.
